For over 35 years, our agency has served clients with a focus on integrity, personal service, and long-term relationships. It was founded by my husband, Robert Weissman, who began his Allstate career at a small booth inside a Sears store. Back then, insurance was truly face-to-face and trust was earned one conversation at a time.
While the insurance industry has evolved, our values have not. We intentionally remain a small, close-knit team so our clients receive consistent, personal guidance. I became an insurance agent in 2017 after years in corporate roles and time at home raising my children. Those experiences shaped how I work today: with patience, perspective, and a deep understanding that every family’s needs are different.

As an Agency Principal, I lead a small, close-knit team that shares these same values. Many clients come to us simply price shopping or seeking a second opinion, and through a careful review, we often uncover coverage gaps or areas where they’re underinsured.
My goal is to help clients make confident, informed decisions before a claim ever happens, and to advocate for them every step of the way when it does.
